Notary Services

A notary public is an official who helps prevent fraud by verifying identities and witnessing the signing of important documents. The notary’s role is to ensure that all parties are signing willingly, understand what they are signing, and are who they say they are.

Notaries do not give legal advice, prepare documents, or explain the contents of a document. Their job is simply to confirm identity and witness signatures—not to determine whether a document is legally valid or appropriate for your situation.
