Modify your eMarket Site

Departments can request changes by submitting an eMarket Modification Form. Most updates require at least two weeks’ notice, but urgent requests may be reviewed individually.

Request a Transaction Refund

Refunds for eMarket transactions are processed through the Student Business Office. To request one, departments must submit a General Refund Voucher with all required details. Be ready to include the following details:

  • Refund Recipient Information (Name and Address)
  • Original Transact Receipt Number
  • Full Department Funding String for Refund

eMarket Sales Reports

eMarket provides flexible reporting options to help you track activity and manage sales. Reports can be delivered in multiple formats, and daily schedules follow business-day rules. Departments can also compile registration data into a single master list for easy reference and reconciliation.

Reports are available in the following formats:

  • Microsoft Excel (.xls)
  • Comma Delimited (.csv)
  • Microsoft Word (.doc)
  • PDF Unlimited Width (.pdf)
  • PDF US Letter (.pdf)

Reports will default to .csv format unless requested otherwise. To request a report format change, simply email emarket@wwu.edu

Reports are generated 7 days a week but reflect eMarket activity from business days only. Each daily report shows data from the previous business day:

  • Tuesday–Saturday: contain data.
  • Sunday & Monday: no data (since the previous days are not business days).
  • Holidays are also excluded.

  1. Save your first registration report as a master list. (You may delete extra data such as daily totals or report criteria.)
  2. For each new report, copy and paste the new registrant data into your master list.
  3. At the end of registration or before your event, your master list will include all registrants. If you suspect missing entries, you can request a full report from the eMarket Team.

eMarket Guidelines

We recommend that all existing eMarket users stay familiar with the current guidelines and share them with any team members who help manage or process eMarket activity. Staying up to date ensures compliance and smooth operation of your site.
