Did you know you can accomplish most of your business with us online? Summer In-Person Services
Due to the frequently unsafe afternoon temperatures in OM110, our lobby may have reduced summer hours for departmental deposits, check drop-offs, in-person payments, or other customer needs. Reduced lobby hours will be: Monday—Friday, 9:00 AM—1:00 PM. Although our lobby hours may be limited, our office staff will continue to be available remotely to answer questions and address concerns Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Release of Financial Information
Complete this esign form to allow the Student Business Office to speak with authorized individuals regarding your account.
Authorization to Apply Financial Aid Funds
Complete this esign form to allow financial aid funds to pay for more than just tuition, fees, and room & board.
Payer Invitation
Designate a parent or other third party to receive statement notifications, view your balance, and make payments to your account.
Direct Deposit
Sign up for direct deposit to prevent a delay in receiving refunds applied to your Western Account Online, including refunds from excess financial aid disbursements. Visit refundselection.com to enroll.
Fall 2024 Important Dates
September 16: Payment Plan enrollment opens
September 20: Financial aid will begin disbursing to accounts
September 25: Tuition and fees, housing and meal plan charges due
October 1: Last day to withdraw from WWU or drop a class with full refund (ends at 11:59 p.m.)
October 15: Last day to pay account before late charges are assessed
October 24: Last day for half-tuition refund when dropping a class (fees are not refunded)
