You can now access your 2024 1098-T tax forms through your Western Account Online by navigating to Web4U > Student Accounts > Western Account Online > Tax Forms.

Release of Financial Information
Complete this esign form to allow the Student Business Office to speak with authorized individuals regarding your account.
Authorization to Apply Financial Aid Funds
Complete this esign form to allow financial aid funds to pay for more than just tuition, fees, and room & board.
Payer Invitation
Designate a parent or other third party to receive statement notifications, view your balance, and make payments to your account.
Direct Deposit
Sign up for direct deposit to prevent a delay in receiving refunds applied to your Western Account Online, including refunds from excess financial aid disbursements. Visit refundselection.com to enroll.
WINTER 2025 IMPORTANT DATES
February 15: Last day to pay account before late charges are assessed.
February 25: Phase I - registration for continuing, new transfer, and post-baccalaureate students. Past due student account balances may prevent registration.
March 1: New student account statement published to Western Account Online.
March 11: Phase II - registration for continuing, new transfer, and post-baccalaureate students. Past due student account balances may prevent registration.
March 15: Last day to pay account before late charges are assessed.
March 16: Final installment due date for Winter 2025 payment plan.
