To access your Western Account Online, login through the link below. To make a payment on your account, enter the amount you wish to pay and select one of the convenient and secure methods of payment:
- eCheck--a free and convenient payment option. Simply enter your U.S. checking or savings account information and payment will be made electronically.
- Credit or Debit Card number--we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments online. Please note that there is a non-refundable convenience fee associated with each payment made using a card number.
Access your Western Account by logging into Web4U and navigating to the Western Account Online.
Go to: Student Accounts > Account Information > Western Account Online (top right corner)
Authorized Payers
Parents and other users of the student account: You must first be set up by your student providing you access to their student account. Once you are issued a personal login and password, you can view and pay your student’s account charges online. To access the account click on the link below. Next, log into the account using your personal login and password. To make a payment, enter the amount you wish to pay ;and select the method of payment (credit card or bank transfer from a U.S. bank account).
Payers without access to Web4U
To make a payment to a Western Account without access to Web4U, please log into the Guest Payer Portal. You will need a student's W number and their last name. To make a payment, enter the amount you wish to pay and select the method of payment (bank transfer from a U.S. bank account, credit card, or wire transfer using Convera).

Students with access to Web4U
To access your Western Account Online, you must first log into MyWestern, then select Web4U > Student Accounts > Account Information > Western Account Online (top right corner). To make a payment enter the amount you wish to pay, and select the method of payment (bank transfer from a U.S. bank account, credit card, or wire transfer using Convera).
Access your Western Account by logging into Web4U and navigating to the Western Account Online.

Paying with International Funds
In an effort to streamline the tuition payment process for our international students, Western Washington University accepts international payments through Flywire, TransferMate, and Convera.
Pay with Convera:
